THis paper is based on the premise that the implementation of Management Innovation techniques causes reorientation in an Organization. From the 206 cases in which various MITs were implemented within the Kirean banking industry during 1990-1996, we have verified that the MITs played roles as actin types of either innovating, experimenting, elaborating, or rationalizing the organization change.
