摘要

The developed model could be used as a tool for the optimization of the design of a new PaHV. In fact automatic parametric CAD procedure based on NURBS allows the investigation of a large class of leaflet design; a standardized HEM procedure gives information about mechanical response of the device before its prototyping. SIS block copolymer displays suitable mechanical properties however further investigations are being undertaken to assess its mechanical behaviour in both isotropic and anisotropic microstructure organisation. As a future step the detailed identification of phenomenological or microstructural constitutive models will be performed to define specifications the material has to meet to be used for the leaflet manufacturing.
