The implementation of a comprehensive structured Environmental Policy conforming to the international standard ISO-14001. This certification helps SSM to increase process efficiency, reduced cost of production and improved corporate image. SSM is one of the biggest Sugar Mills in India has adopted EMS in Sugar Industry. EMS is also brought in cultural transformation amongst the workforce about the way they conduct their work in environment friendly manner.
