CYCLIC BEHAVIOUR OF IN-FILLED COLUMNS

摘要

A fibre-based model is adopted to describe the non-linear response of concrete filled steel tubes subjected to cyclic loading. Moment-thrust-curvature relations (M-φ-P) are developed for arbitrary loading histories using this simple and yet reliable approach for circular sections; this can be easily extended to others sections. Comparisons are made with the available results, to check the accuracy of the proposed model.
