Employee Violence Risk Assessment

摘要

Perhaps the worst nightmare of any supervisor is dealing withan employee who is violent. Nevertheless, before there is anactual violent episode, or a serious threat of violence, there arebackground information, past history, and behavioral clues toforewarn a supervisor of an impending event. Applyingcurrent forensic psychiatry knowledge, this paper providessupervisors with useful tools to recognize early warning signsfor risk assessment.
