New Wireline Sampling Technique Enables ZERO Contamination Sampling: A Case Study in a Challenging Sampling Environment

This sampling technique is one of the very first to be used in India and in fact results delivered by this technique are one of the very best as compared to other sampling techniques employed world wide. This paper deals with the operational and interpretational aspects of the Quicksilver* tool. It also brings out the comparison between contamination results obtained from SOCM (Synthetic OBM Contamination Monitoring method) and actual laboratory data.
