摘要

We successfully fabricated MP that sustain release of Treg-inducing factors. These FactorMP significantly increase numbers of functional Treg in vitro. Preliminary results also suggest that they may suppress inflammation in an in vivo contact hypersensitivity model. Further dosage optimization and analysis of T cell profiles in draining lymph nodes are needed to confirm therapeutic efficacy. Ultimately, this FactorMP system may have the potential to treat a variety of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, as well as transplant rejection.
