摘要

This paper describes a new method of sinusoidal signal generation, which is based on the combination of an IIR digital filter and Coordinate Rotations Digital Computer (CORDIC) arithmetic. The theoretical analysis of the method is discussed, and the architecture of the hardware is given. The simulation result is shown that, on the same hardware consumption, this method has the better SNR of output signal than DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis), and higher output signal frequency than the direct CORDIC algorithm.
