A comprehensive faculty technology training program not onlyrnprovides a hands-on learning experience that addresses thernquestion of how to include technology in instruction, it alsornaddresses and provides innovative ideas and examples thatrnencourage faculty about why these skills should be incorporatedrninto the classroom. Whether the classroom is online or in arntraditional setting, this paper will explore proven methods andrnavenues that assist and encourage the use of technology inrnpedagogical delivery of information to sustain learner interest andrnconvenience.
