Research of defective HIV-1 DNA in PBMCs

摘要

In this paper,we have used long-distance (LD-PCR) to amplify HIV-1 genomes present in lymphocytes infected in vitro and in peripheral blood monuclear (PBMCs) from individuals infected. As primers locating between both long terminal repeats LTR (U5)-LTR(R),Controls are pNL4-3 which is inserted full-length HIV-1 genomes to plasmid prepared in Escherichia coli etc.9kb band is the major LD-PCR product.
