Japanese economy & industry has changed a lot through the oil shock two times after the World War II. And now, Japanese industry requires "MARKET-IN" system. The meaning of the "MARKET-IN" is that producing a new product or design etc. from the needs of the end user or the market directly. To do so, everybody expects the new model producing technology for the trial production or the design etc. with the speed and the low cost. Recently, the development of the three-dimensional technology instead of the two-dimension leads the development of the RP and the MASTER-MAKING internationally. What we call " Simple Mold Method" is one of the way of the process from the making master model to the several kinds & limited productions. And "the Vacuum Casting Method" is one of the best and the popular technology in this field. Therefore, it is very hot in the field of the light electric, the home electric, and the automobile industry. In terms of the silicone rubber molding, we have new materials recently. For examples, we hav the new silicone rubber especially for RP, and the siliconerubber which is improved the number of the casting. And also, we have new materials in the field of the polyurethane and epoxy resins for vacuum casting. Although those resins are the thermosetting resin, they are not defeated from thermoplastic.
