FORM LARGE-SIZED MODEL USING MELTED EXTRUSION MANUFACTURING

摘要

Making large-sized model is one of the trends of rapid prototyping. The key issues to form large-sized model using melted extrusion manufacturing technology (MEM) ate analyzed in detail and the solutions are proposed in this paper. According to the proposal, some large-sized models with satisfying quality are produced by a kind of MEM machines, MEM600 developed by Tsinghua University.
