摘要

Based on MBS method, according to the necessary condition of precision processing, the relationship among the cutter location data, the actual cutter trail, the NC command value has been derived. A new machining accuracy enhancement method is developed based on the reversal kinematics theory. A lot of precision machining experiments have been done on the Beiren group ' s S-1500 three axis vertical dragon machining center. The experiment result shows that the machining accuracy of NC machine can be improved above 60% after used the theory and method of the article.
