Organisational Models for Enterprise Knowledge Management

In August of 2000, Unisys launched a formal knowledge management initiative as a means of implementing KM in a systematic manner throughout the company. This paper will explore the organisational models Unisys is deploying to successfully raise and sustain the practice of knowledge management across the company with a centrally led, but de-centrally energized initiative.
