GUANXI governance is diflferent from governance contract and relational contract.It is a conception that tries to analyze the uniqueness of the internal organization behaviours of the Chinese family enterprises.GUANXI governance manages the corporations by the relationship of obligations， trust.as well as the relationship of authority and obedience in daily life，and is becoming more and more rationalized gradually in the dynamic evolution.The specific function of GUANXl governance determines that the boundaries of its application and its evolution are not only influenced by the values of the family members，especially the host of the family enterprises,but also affected by the market rules and the level of the social trust.
