摘要

Since we have successfully developed the preparation method of PLGA nanoparticle by the emulsion solvent diffusion method, we are investigating the platform for drug delivery system prepared by using surface modified PLGA nanoparticle. We investigated the usefulness of PLGA nanoparticle for drug delivery system, e.g. mucosal peptide delivery, nucleic acid delivery into the cell, brain targeting and etc. In this paper, our research results obtained are reviewed. Surface modified PLGA nanoparticle is confirmed the acceptability for widely applications.
