Adaptation of US Navy Aircrew Breathing Gas Quality Assessment Equipment for Use in USN and USAF T-6

1. T-45 and F/A-18 aircrew breathing gas quality assessment monitoring equipment was able to be adapted for use on the US Navy T-6 aircraft2. After initial flight test and on-site evaluation, the team made changes to the configuration to relieve some of the maintenance burden and to reduce data loss3. In results gathered thus far, no contaminants were discovered above toxicological limits and were similar to levels and compounds seen in the T-45 data collection
