Improving the System of Higher Education for Enterprises of Industrial and Economic Complex

To improve the economic performance of the region, it is necessary to provide high-quality personnel to the enterprises of the industrial and economic complex. Higher education institutions are the main executor of the order for quality specialists, therefore, the learning process should take into account the scientific and technical aspects of improving educational activities. On the basis of the proposed concept of higher education system construction, the system-forming bases of educational activity modeling were determined and the model of this system was developed on the basis of synthesis. Application of the results will allow to manage the system of higher education in the interests of industrial and economic complex of the region.
