The RMS Management of large Complicated System and Its Position and Its Position and Role in the Modernization of the National Economy

摘要

The general features of large complicated system (LCS) are outlined and a survey of LCS in China are introduced. The major achievements and experience of implementing the RMS (reliablility, maintainability and safety) management in power and aviation industries in China also introduced. The position and role of the RMS management of LCS in the modernization of national economy are discussed. Finally, considerations and suggestions are proposed with hte aim of strengthening and perfecting the RMS management of LCS.
