Research in technology - a major instrument of the technological changes and development

摘要

The paper presents an analysis in dynamic of the evolution of research and development field, in terms of research projects sustained at national level, in 2 strategic technological areas: information and communication technology, and biotechnology. The importance of this technological research reaffirms the role of technology in RDI system in Romania to develop science and technology in order to increase the economy's competitiveness and to apply this knowledge in the society's interest.
