CONSTRUCTION RISK MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING

摘要

Considering the Project Risk Management, there are two kinds of Risks: the Corporation Risk and the Construction Risk. There are many examples and various studies for the corporation risk. Yet, there doesn't seem enough study on the construction risk management. Therefore, I have developed a model which consists of a chart (I-Chart) in order to classify and prioritize the construction risks and an analysis (OCTC analysis) to systematically decide the measures for those risks. Although these chart and model can be applied on various types of project, in this paper, I applied them to an excavation for reconstructing in Seoul and a MRT project in Singapore and considered from the geotechnical engineering aspect.
