Latest Updates regarding IMO and EC Directives with respect to the Bunker Industry

With the revised MARPOL Annex VI entering into force in July 2010 and the EC Directives in some ways at odds with MARPOL the presentation will explore the issues which arise as a result. We will also be close to a new standard for marine fuel; all of the changes will be highlighted. Both of these issues will be of interest to anyone involved in the operation of ships. It would include both regulatory and technical issues.
