摘要

In this paper we demonstrate and manufacturing the balance amplifier with 10 GHz central frequency using the microelectronic technology, we designed this structure in the range of 8 to 12 GHz frequency and utilize a lange coupler as an input and output port which has 17dBm returned power. The coupler has been designed in HFSS as well as IE3D software and a substrate which is for this coupler is TMM6.
