摘要

The baicalin-Al(Ⅲ) complex was prepared with baicalin and alum under certain conditions,the parameters of the reaction were studied,the molecular structure of the complex was characterized by FTIR,finally the prepared complex dye was applied on the silk fabric. The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions for baicalin-Al(Ⅲ) complex are as following: mole ratio of baicalin/Al(Ⅲ) is 2:1,reaction temperature is 30℃,time is 30min,pH value is 5. FTIR result shows that 5-phenolic hydroxyl group and 4-carbonyl group of baicalin are involved in the complex reaction. Compared to the dyed fabric with baicalin by the methods of metamordanting and direct dyeing,the fabric dyed with baicalin-Al(Ⅲ) complex has highest K/S value and color fastness.
