Empirical Study on the Implementation and Analysis of Influence Factors of Enterprise Patent—Based on Survey of China

摘要

It is important to know the characteristic and influence factors of implementation of patent while enterprises improve the transform of patents to realism productivity. Based on the survey of 1889 granted patents of 863 enterprises in China, the paper tells us that the small and medium sized enterprises and the private economy enterprises are the main force of the patents implementation in China. There are four important influence factors on patents implementation such as the development of market economy system, the consciousness of application and utilization patent, the ability of synthesis operation patent and the ability of R&D of enterprise. Enterprises should improve the ability of R&D and synthesis operation of patent. Then, there are some inspirations and suggestions on reinforcing the transform of patents to realism productivity for enterprises. These suggestions are more congruent to small and medium-sized enterprises and the privateeconomy enterprises than other enterprises. It is necessary to make more empirical study for holding the characteristic of implementation of patent on different types of enterprises
