RESEARCH ON RFID-BASED ANIMAL TRACING AND IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

摘要

Tracing and identifying animal is an important means to enhance animal food tracing regulations in the world. Animal tracing and identification system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) was introduced in this paper. Based on the system function and Advanced RISC Microprocessor (ARM), a mode of General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) wireless data transmission terminal was developed. According to the functions, database of data center was detailed designed. Combining characteristics of animal tracing and identification system, significance of system application was described. The system can realize 64-bit animal ID transmission and information traceability.
