In recent years, with the development of science and technology, large-scale concentration feeding method is adopted in the modernization pig-raising in our country, meanwhile it proposes higher requirement for the environment of pig house. The quality of pigsty's environment has direct effluence on both health status and production performance of swine; therefore it is necessary to further improve the quality of pigsty's environment, so that we can increase the productivity of pig-raising. There are many influencing factors in the pig house. The temperature, humidity, NH3 and ventilation are the main influencing factors of the pig house in these factors. These factors have restriction and influence each other; they constitute a non-linear, multi-variable and strong coupling system. For such system, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model using traditional method. In this paper, the controlling model is established based on fuzzy logical mathematical algorithm for the environment of pig house, then we can complete the fuzzy control for temperature, humidity and monitor the ammonia concentration in the pig house by opening fan. The influencing factors of the pig house are treated through fuzzy algorithm: in the first place, we must determine the control variables for each factors; secondly, according to practical experience of breeder and relevant national standard, the fuzzy rule tables of influencing factors are established; at last, we make the control variable decouple so as to connect with the concrete control equipment's procedure, the ideal control status is obtained. Comparing the fuzzy control method with the traditional PID method, we can know that fuzzy control method, which is applied in multi-variable and strong coupling; make more accuracy and real-time controlling of the pig environment house. Through a series of fuzzy processing, finally, we can realize the intelligent control of pigsty's environment in real-time and omni-directional modernization pig breeding method.
