摘要

An ongoing challenge in data center environments is to reduce the size of the hardware, which then provides cost reduction benefits such as easier cooling and minimal wasted space with maximum rack efficiency. The goal was to design a product allowing higher density of 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports with pre-terminated copper systems that would quickly enable data center deployment and architectures supporting cloud and virtualized environments.
