Discussion on Convergence of Planning EIA and Project EIA of Mining Area

摘要

The demand for mineral resources is increasing gradually.It is very important to properly handle the relationship between resources,environment and economic development.The significance of convergence of mining planning EIA and project EIA embodied in planning EIA can concentrated on the fundamental problem in strategic level,and project EIA can focus on environmental problems of specific projects.This model can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the EIA.Achieving the convergence object may depend on three aspects:convergence of intervention time,convergence of work content and convergence of decision-making.
