In order to realize motor remote monitoring and measurement, this paper designed Motor detection and control system based on labVIEW. The hardware of the system is mainly composed of the three-phase electric energy measurement chip (ATT7022) and single-chip microcomputer. Three-phase electric energy measurement chip integrated the 6 A/D converters inside and a digital multiplier, to facilitate the conduct of voltage, current, frequency and phase detection. At the same time the detection data is sent to the PC machine by wireless transmission module, to realize active power, reactive power, power factor and power calculation in the PC. Give full play to the advantage of virtual technology, the system has friendly interface, data process greatly, in addition to control the electric motor start or stop remotely.
