摘要

We are proposing a new x-ray pumping scheme named "Exploding type pumping scheme". A plasma is produced from a very thin membrane which is irradiated by a short pulse laser. Effective heating and ionization of a plasma from membrane is evaluated from Si spectral lines and theoretically hydrodynamic simulation. Effect of ASE from KrF amplifieres is experimentally evaluated as a negligible level when a short pulse laser is well-synchronized.
