This paper proposes optimization methods for the large cranes in thernconstruction process of functional modules, jackets and steel piles.rnFunctional modules are partially constructed in the way of jacking uprninstead of the traditional lifting way by cranes, and jackets are installedrnby the way of roll-up that substitutes for traditional lifting way, whilernthe load-out method for steel piles at yard is changed from lifting byrnfloating crane to rolling on by crawler crane and winch. Thus, thernoptimization methods largely reduce the quantities of large cranes thatrnare used in the construction, and decrease the costs and schedules ofrnconstruction process.
