An evaluation method for life cycle energy (LCE)rnand CO2 (LCCO2) of houses by the systemrndynamics (SD), a method for understanding how allrnthe objects in a system interact with one another,rnwas presented. The building design strategies tornpredict and reduce the environmental loads for thernseveral types of construction and building materialsrnwere investigated. As a result of the simulation, thernlong-life and energy efficient house was morerneffective in regard to life cycle assessment (LCA)rnthan the typical houses. Moreover, possibility of liferncycle cost (LCC) of the houses and a carbon dioxidernflow SD model were also addressed.
