High concentration and large capacity ozone generator

Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. has considerably improved performance over existing cylindrical ozone generating tube to promote high concentration and large capacity capabilities of the ozone generator. The special features of the new ozone generating tube are the glass-lined ground electrode, double cooling, and narrower discharge gap. We obtained an ozone production of 0.53lb/h per ozone g enerating tube at commercially acceptable power consumption and at an ozone concentration of 14 wt
