摘要

The performance behavior of solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) was investigated. Initial performance of the cell as solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) mode at 800℃ was measured as 0.15 W/cm~2. The SOEC showed the stable performance during 5 hours operation at -0.15A/cm~2. The power for electrolysis was increased during the first 30 minutes operation due to the increase of internal resistance of the cell. After 5 hours operation, the degradation rate of SOEC performance was about 3% due to redox reaction of hydrogen electrode.
