The Partial Least Squares Approach to Structural Equation Modeling: An Application in Examining Knowledge-sharing Motivation and the Moderating Effects of National Culture

摘要

This paper presented an application of the partial least squares approach (PLS) to structural equation modelling and interaction effects measurement The PLs approach was employed to verify the proposed knowledge-sharing motivation and the moderating effects of national culture. The PLS results were consistent with the corresponding theoretical propositions, which presented the application validity of PLS. Furthermore the validated model provided the valuable implications for both knowledge-sharing research and management practice in cross-culture contexts.
