@@ Due to the important role of herbicide in modern agriculture, it is essential to develop efficient herbicide with novel structures or modes of action to overcome herbicidal resistance. The pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDHc) is one of the most important oxidoreductase in higher plants. A systematic study for the rational design of herbicide as inhibitor of PDHc El was carried out in our laboratory.
