摘要

In this paper, an infrared (IR) photocurrent intensity transducer for monitoring unplanned self-extubation of patients in medical institution is recently proposed. The chip size is 1.218 × 2.044 mm2. Fabricated in the TSMC D35 2P4M CMOS technology with 3.0 V supply, the proposed infrared photocurrent intensity transducer has been perfectly checked in the performance simulations by SPICE and MATLAB programs to prove all the functions are work correctly. The proposed chip has a general-purpose which could be used to monitor unplanned self-extubation of patients in medical institution.
