The effective technology learning in hi-tech industrial clusters will help to expand knowledge base and improve the competitiveness of the overall cluster and ensure the vitality and the sound dynamic development of the cluster. This paper analyzes the knowledge network constitution and probes the model learning of hi-tech industrial clusters, at the same time proposes the effective ways of the technology learning network of the hi-tech industrial cluster, including strengthening the cluster internal innovation network, perfecting the technology innovation platform and optimizing the external support network.
