Review of design strategies on the development of information service system for tsinghua university library

摘要

The key points to make the most of the investment benefits and to put the system in use repidly are:1) a high starting point, 2) fully utilizing all computing facilities and resources, realizing multi-processing modes for user to contact to the system, 3) high speed, 4) correct policies. During the process of automation TsingHua University Library made explorings in certain specific problems and achieved successes. This paper introduces their disposal and technological solution of some significant problems.
