摘要

With the increasing globalization of capital and markets, strategic restructuring is an inevitably necessary way to set up a large-sized group and enhance competitiveness or maintain a competitive edge for enterprise, however, cross-regional and cross-industry strategic restructuring will result in the conflict among different cultural, institutional and management, which determine the success or failure of enterprises. So the paper studies the enterprise resource and management integration based on analyzing the current study situation at home and abroad and draws some useful conclusions.
