摘要

Agile manufacture is a manufacturing pattern of 21st century and dynamic alliance is arneffective way of realizing it. From the perspective of the full process of a business operating, tornrealize the alliance is a process of reengineering enterprise’s resources. With steps of China’s entryrninto WTO fasten, large and medium sized state-owned enterprises compete with internationalrntransnational corporations more and more intensely and are confronted with serious challenges. Sornit is very important to analyze the current weaknesses showing in the large and medium sizedrnSOE’s adaptation toward international competition, to promote large and medium sized SOE’srncompetitive capacity through business process reengineering and to guide SOE to walk out ofrndifficult positions. The essay proposes a model of process reengineering of enterprise group that isrnsuitable for the pattern of agile manufacture by combining research for the similarities betweenrnenterprise group and dynamic alliance with enterprise group’s process reengineering. Authorsrnattempt to prove that the said model is valuable and applicable to effectively integrate enterpriserngroup’s resources and can lead to agile manufacture through testing and verifying HAIER Group’srnactual process reengineering.
