A Preliminary Study of Dynamic Monitoring and Prospective Adjustment in Private College Freshmen Adaptability

摘要

Based on the survey and typical sample tracking, to investigate the adaptability of grade 2012 freshmen in Qingdao Binhai University, and to find out the adaptation status, characteristic and influence factors.The preliminary results show that some university students have a period of inelasticity in learning environment, living environment, and social environment.Therefore, college should implement dynamic monitoring and prospective regulation, and create the learning environment, living environment and humanities environment, and shorten the inelasticity period.
