On the Innovation of Government's Function in the Construction of Rural Sport Public Service System——Take Xinzhou District of Wuhan as an Example

This article, taking Xinzhou District of Wuhan as an example, mainly adopting the method of documentation, analyses significance of innovating the government's function in the construction of rural public sports service system, explains the definition of rural public sports service and the government's function, points out the government's function and problems existing in the public sports service system and finally gives some advice about boosting the innovation of government's function.
