Individual formative evaluation include: student self-assessment, group evaluation, teacher evaluation, formative assessment = student selfassessment 25% + group evaluation of 25% + 25% + 25% teacher evaluation in attendance. We selected 10 grade students in Hebei University Of Science and Technology a year teaching experiment, the results showed that: we formulate the teaching evaluation is from many aspects, multiple perspectives on students' learning evaluation for students, emotional development, sports awareness has positive effect; new method to evaluate the workload of teachers was significantly increased, there is a certain degree of difficulty in operation, this requires teachers to make the necessary preparations, give full play to the small group leader and sports backbone role, so as to improve the evaluation of objectivity, impartiality and maneuverability.
