Investigation and Research on the Life Style and Health Status of the Wuhan University Students

摘要

With the advancement of modern society, especially the material and spiritual civilization, people's lifestyle has changed a lot. At the same time, because of the unwholesome living is an important inducement of many chronic diseases, it is reasonable to investigate and research the students' lifestyle to make an informed and realistic evaluation of the health status of these students. And such research also plays a significant role in PE teaching in University to provide the scientific basis for the enhancement of students' overall health.
