The Evaluation of Financing Risk in PPP Project Based on ANP

摘要

With the principle of economy, Effectiveness and Efficiency, a three-level evaluation index system of financing risks in PPP project is established by applying the Likert scale and expert scoring method. Then, a risk evaluation model in PPP project financing is proposed by using Analytic Network Process (ANP). The model overcoming the mutual influence of index, can provide credible reference about the characteristics of financing risk in PPP project.Finally, based on the model, an empirical analysis of a hydropower station project is carried out.
