Engineering-procure-constrnct (EPC) is a international project contracting mode used widely. Based on the practical experience in EPC leaded by design institute, it analysed advantage of EPC with engineering design as their main body, put forward questions existed in in operation and proposed the precondition and countermeasure to promote EPC business with engineering design leading.
