Study on Behavior of Choosing Quality Security Technique of Rural Households——on the View of Rural Households as Producers

摘要

The paper analyses the factors which affected rural households adopt quality security technique from the angle of rural households as producer of product and demander of quality security technique. These factors including rural households operated in conditions of Diseconomies of scale, free riding, asymmetric information and a comparative higher transaction costs which result in inadequacy of households adopting quality security technique and subsequently bad quality product and low level of social welfare. On the assumption of rural households are rational person, boost expected return is the key to promote rural households on quality security technique of product.
