A Evaluation Model for Supply Chain Collaboration Risk

A wide acknowledgement of the risks and vulnerabilities is popular today in the collaboration supply chain, but not all risks affect all supply chains. Weaknesses in a collaboration supply chain may make it vulnerable to certain risks, whereas strengths may shield a supply chain against other risks. Therefore risk assessment and evaluation are important and of utmost priority for the collaboration supply chain. In this paper, we propose a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess the risks between the manufacturer and distributor among the collaboration supply chain which is based on the concept of 4P(product, price, place, promotion).
